Running 301

Dates: 05/22/11 - 07/7/11

Locations & Times:

Sunday long runs at 6:00 AM, Run On! Dallas
Tues & Thurs runs at 5:15 AM at locations near Run On! Dallas, Coppell, Richardson, & Allen HS

Too Hot To Handle (July 10)

$150 ($10 discount for registering before the first day of class)

Fastest pace group for these classes is 9:00, however if sufficient demand warrants, faster pace runners can be accommodated.

Running 301 is a 7 week program designed to build base mileage.  The class is designed for the runner who can run a 5K and wants to improve mileage base.  Most participants in the 301 class are planning to participate in a half marathon or marathon in the fall.  301 will prepare you to enter our popular marathon class or move you to the head of our half marathon class.
