Price: $150 ($10 discount for registering before the first day of class)
Fastest pace group for these classes is 9:00, however if sufficient demand warrants, faster pace runners can be accommodated.
Running 301 is a 7 week program designed to build base mileage. The class is
designed for the runner who can run a 5K and wants to improve mileage base. Most
participants in the 301 class are planning to participate in a half marathon or marathon
in the fall. 301 will prepare you to enter our popular marathon class or move you to
the head of our half marathon class.
